Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our bustling pub team. You’ll lead and motivate staff, delivering memorable guest experiences and evidence of a fun, fast-paced environment.

The role includes opening/closing, stock management, and cashing up, with opportunities to progress through our DNA pathway. You’ll be the go-to person on shift, ensuring smooth operations when the wider management team is away, and acting as a strong example of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Be a role model for customer service.
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.
