Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our pub team. You’ll lead and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences, balancing busy, fun, and fast-paced service with a strong focus on customers. This role offers progression via our internal pathway and opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager and beyond.

You’ll open, close and manage stock and cash, acting as a role model for service while coordinating with the management team to keep the pub running smoothly and profitably.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong customer service focus and initiative.
• Willingness to open and close, stock and cash up.
• Accountable for smooth shift operations when senior staff are away.
