Job summary

Greene King pubs are seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide the shift, ensure the team has what it needs, and keep customers happy. You’ll lead by example, maintain standards and resolve issues quickly to keep service moving smoothly.

In this role you’ll support a busy bar, oversee safety and compliance, and help organise the team during peak periods. You’ll contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and well looked after.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
