Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team. You will step up when the General Manager isn't around, leading from the front to create memorable guest experiences and drive performance.

You will support the GM on financial KPIs, inspire the team on every shift, and ensure smooth operations when deputising. Previous branded pub leadership is highly valued, with progression opportunities into General Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team across shifts.
• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the pub's operation when deputising for the GM.
• Ensure a high standard of guest service and operational excellence.
