Job summary

Marston's in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team, lead from the front and drive memorable guest experiences across every shift.

You'll step in for the General Manager, support KPIs and team motivation, and contribute to a welcoming, guest-focused atmosphere that encourages guests to return again and again. Progress through our Aspire programme toward a General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar branded environment.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around.
• Lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI's
• Inspire and motivateyour pub team on every shift
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
