Job summary

Marston’s is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in the UK. You’ll help lead the operation, support the General Manager when needed and drive great guest experiences that keep customers coming back.

You’ll motivate the team on every shift, work to achieve financial KPIs, and participate in our Aspire development programme to progress into a General Manager role. A friendly, lively workplace awaits.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
