Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and lead from the front in a branded pub environment. You’ll support the General Manager, drive guest satisfaction, and motivate the team to deliver memorable experiences that keep guests returning.

You’ll step up when the GM isn’t around, helping to meet financial KPIs and uphold service standards. A passion for people and hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a branded pub environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong people skills and a commitment to doing the right thing for staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
