Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in a role that supports the General Manager, leads from the front, and delivers memorable guest experiences. You’ll help drive financial and operational KPIs while motivating a diverse team across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a like-for-like branded environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team.
• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
