Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in a busy branded pub environment. You’ll lead from the front, ensuring memorable guest experiences while supporting the General Manager in daily operations.

You’ll manage shifts with a focus on KPIs, motivate staff, and uphold the brand’s standards. This role offers career progression through our development programmes within a lively, people‑centred culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant or Deputy Manager in a branded pub environment.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Demonstrate commitment to doing what's right for the team and guests.
• Be accountable for the pub's operations when deputising for the GM.
• Bring prior Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a like-for-like branded setting.
