Marston's plc is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and motivate a pub team, delivering memorable guest experiences and achieving KPI targets. You will deputise for the General Manager when needed and drive standards, quality service, and operational excellence.

Formación

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and store performance.

Responsabilidades

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
