Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a pub in the UK. You will support the General Manager, lead from the front on shifts, and drive guest satisfaction while overseeing daily operations. A proven track record as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a branded environment is required.

You’ll help deliver financial KPIs, coach a diverse team, and step up when the GM is away. We offer progression through our Aspire programme toward General Manager roles, flexible hours, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a like-for-like branded environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a similar branded environment.
