Job summary

A large transport company is seeking a skilled PSV Technician for their Worsley depot. The role involves general service, maintenance, and repair of public service vehicles, along with vehicle inspections and MOT preparation. Applicants should possess a full UK driving license and ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance. A commercial license is advantageous but not mandatory, as driver training is available. This is a full-time position with day shifts from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Possession of a full UK Driving licence is required.
• Holding a Commercial Licence would be an advantage, however driver training can be provided.
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• General service, maintenance and repair of public service vehicles.
• Cope with the day-to-day pressures that a normal vehicle workshop brings.
• Vehicle inspections and MOT preparation.
