First Bus is seeking a PSV/HGV Mechanic for the Adderley Green Depot in Stoke-on-Trent. The role requires NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent, with flexibility to multi-skill and a UK driving licence (PCV licence desirable).
39 hours per week, full-time, with early or late shifts on a 5-of-7 rotation. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, service and inspect, and support breakdowns as needed.

Location: First Bus Adderley Green, Dividy Road, Stoke-on-Trent ST3 5YY
Contracted Hours: 39 hours per week (full time & permanent)
Working Hours: 5 days over 7 including weekends on a rotation of early 6am-2pm and late 2pm-10pm
Pay Rate: £18.64 per hour, £19.64 weekend rate and overtime paid at £27.97 per hour

About the Role
We are now looking for an NVQ/SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualified PSV/HGV Mechanic for our First Bus Adderley Green Depot – PSV or HGVmechanical experience is great however we love to hear from Light Vehicle qualified candidates and ex-Forces personnel with an engineering apprenticeship qualification, and experienced engineers from other sectors looking for a change.
