First Bus is seeking an organized and experienced Engineering Chargehand to join the Bristol Hengrove Depot. You will supervise engineering staff, monitor daily depot operations and ensure a high standard of service.
The role requires minimum Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Repair or equivalent, a full driving licence and ideally a PCV (and forklift) licence. The department offers a career path and opportunities to develop engineering skills.

Contracted Hours: 39 hours per week
Working Hours: Sun 06:00am-14:00pm, Mon-Thurs 18:00pm-02:00am
Salary: £45,150 per annum

We're seeking an organised and experienced Engineering Chargehand to join the team in our busy Bristol Hengrove Depot. In this role you will ensure strong teams are built in the depot, by consistently delivering a great service everyday. You will monitor the daily running of the depot and all engineering staff, and supervise in the absence of the Workshop and Engineering management team.
