First Bus Huddersfield is seeking an organised Engineering Chargehand to join the busy Huddersfield Depot. You will supervise engineering staff, allocate work, and monitor daily depot operations to ensure excellent service.
The role requires experience in supervisory duties, a full PCV and driving licence, and a strong IT literacy. Nightshift hours are Sunday to Thursday, 10pm–6am, with overtime rates available.

Contracted Hours: 37 hours per week (full time & permanent)
Working Hours: Nightshift Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am - overtime rate available
Pay Rate: £24.02 per hour, £46,214 per annum

We're seeking an organised and experienced Engineering Chargehand to join the team in our busy Huddersfield Depot. In this role you will ensure strong teams are built in the depot, by consistently delivering a great service everyday. You will monitor the daily running of the depot and all engineering staff, and supervise in the absence of the Workshop and Engineering management team.
