Job summary

Neos Networks in Reading is seeking an Order Manager to own end-to-end delivery of customer orders across multiple suppliers, ensuring provisioned services meet quality and timetable commitments.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, provide clear updates to customers, manage escalations, and help forecast delivery volumes to improve customer experience and operational performance.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Mathematics required; A-levels or vocational qualifications in Business Administration, IT, or Telecommunications desirable but not essential.
• Practical experience in order management and provisioning is preferred.
• Provisioning / Order Management experience is valued.

Working closely with major network partners such as Openreach, Virgin Media, Vodafone, CityFibre, Sky, and TalkTalk Business, the team ensures services are delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard.As an Order Manager, you will take ownership of the end to end delivery of customer orders, proactively managing progress across multiple suppliers. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing clear and timely updates throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensuring a smooth handover into service. Managing expectations, resolving supplier escalations, and delivering an excellent customer experience are central to the role.This role is critical to Neos’ success, directly influencing customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business performance through the delivery of reliable, high quality services.As an Order Manager, you will own the end‐to‐end delivery of customer orders, ensuring services are provisioned accurately, on time, and to agreed quality and commercial standards.
