# Network Provisioning Manager (m/f/d)Milton KeynesJunior entryRegularDeutsche Telekom Global Business Solutions UK Ltd.## About this job**Company Information**Deutsche Telekom Global Business Solutions is responsible for serving Deutsche Telekom’s business customers around the world and provides a full array of integrated connectivity solutions to our customers, including Software-Defined Networking, MPLS/IPLS services, Enterprise mobility, advanced network management, network‐based security, unified communications and collaboration and consulting services.**About the job** Network Provisioning Manager, part of a team (3) responsible for the delivery of local access services for all standard TC portfolio services, in support of DT Business Solutions GK, DTGBS, T-Wholesale and T-Systems customers in UK and Ireland.Primary function is in post-sales service delivery ensuring that committed customer delivery dates are met, increasing customer satisfaction.UK team is part of the Global Access Delivery organisation, with teams located in 19 LBUs.**Responsibilities of the role:*** Ensure timely administration / processing of incoming access service orders by managing the implementation of access services that can comprise of various service elements such as local loop, internet access and hardware.* Maintain pro-active contact and status feedback loop with LCON during the delivery journey.
