Job summary

Sovereign Network Group seeks a Coordinator to join its Property Services team in our Hurn Office. You will receive work orders and schedule diaries for trades staff, ensuring repairs and maintenance are completed on time for residents.

You will liaise with trade staff, residents and business partners, delivering the right outcomes and assisting with complaint resolution while managing a demanding workload with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in administration within a busy customer focused role.
• Some understanding of building maintenance terminology preferred.
• Experience using several different computer systems.
• Ability to manage your own workload.
• Strong customer service focus and confident telephone manner.
• Empathy and a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and schedule work diaries for trades employees completing repairs and maintenance for residents.
• Liaise with trade staff and repairs staff to meet appointment targets.
• Liaise with residents about scheduled repairs and maintenance works.
• Provide a first point of contact within your area for business partners.
• Assist in complaint and query resolution.
• Manage a diary and bookings schedule for the team.
• Complete required administration tasks.
• Seek opportunities to improve performance and offer solutions.
