Job summary

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is hiring a Coordinator for the Property Services division in our Hurn Office on a permanent basis. You will handle work orders and schedule diaries for trades, ensuring timely repairs for residents while liaising with staff and residents.

• Solid experience in administration within a busy customer focused role.
• Strong customer service focus with a confident telephone manner.
• Ability to manage own workload and meet targets.
• Experience using several different computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and schedule diaries for trades to complete repairs and maintenance for residents.
• Liaise with trade staff and repairs staff to meet appointment targets.
• Communicate with residents about scheduled works and updates.
• Provide first point of contact for business partners in your area.
• Complete required administration tasks and seek process improvements.
