The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, resolving inquiries and keeping clients informed throughout their journey.

You will work closely with customers, residents and engineers, ensuring works are completed on time while maintaining strong organisational discipline and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in contract administration, scheduling, customer service or a similar administrative role.
• Confident communicator with ability to engage with customers, residents, engineers and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate engineering activities, track progress and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records and update schedules as requirements change.
