Job summary

Sovereign Network Group in Greenham is seeking a Coordinator to join the Property Services division on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The role focuses on coordinating work orders, scheduling trades, and delivering excellent customer service to residents.

You will manage diaries, liaise with trades staff and residents, and handle admin tasks while exploring opportunities to improve performance. 25 days holiday, pension, and life cover are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Administration experience in a busy customer-focused role.
• Familiarity with building maintenance terminology (preferred).
• Experience using multiple computer systems.
• Ability to manage own workload and meet targets.
• Strong customer service focus with a confident telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and schedule trades for repairs.
• Coordinate diary and bookings for the team.
• Liaise with residents and trades staff to meet targets.
• Provide first point of contact for business partners.
• Assist with complaints and query resolution.
• Complete admin tasks and seek process improvements.
