SNG (Sovereign Network Group) is looking for a Coordinator to join its Property Services division at the Greenham Office on a permanent basis. You will help ensure smooth operations by scheduling trades, coordinating maintenance works for residents and providing excellent service to customers and colleagues.

Based in Thatcham, the role requires a proactive administrator with strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in administration within a busy customer focused role.
• Some understanding of building maintenance terminology preferred.
• Experience of using several different computer systems.

Responsabilités

• Receive work orders and schedule work diaries for trades employees completing repairs and maintenance works for residents.
• Liaise with trade staff and repairs staff to ensure appointment targets are met.
• Liaise with residents about scheduled repair and maintenance works.
• Deliver the right outcome for our customer.
• Provide a first point of contact within your area for business partners.
• Assist in complaint and query resolution.
• Manage a diary and bookings schedule for the team.
• Complete required administration tasks.
• Seek opportunities to improve performance and offer solutions.
• Develop strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
