Job summary

Ryder & Dutton is recruiting for a Sales Progressor on a full-time basis with hybrid working. The role requires two office-based days weekly at our Head Office in Salmon Fields or at hubs in Blackburn and Saddleworth.

You will progress sales from offer to completion and maintain proactive communication with solicitors, agents and customers. Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience in progressing property sales, with strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience progressing property sales to completion.
• Experience in Estate Agency and a proven track record in this profession.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Progress sales from offer to completion, liaising with solicitors, estate agents and customers.
• Provide regular updates on progress to branches and vendors/purchasers.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote ancillary services.
