Job summary

Mortimers and Ryder & Dutton is seeking a Sales Progressor for a full-time hybrid role with two office-based days weekly at our Head Office or hubs in Blackburn and Saddleworth. You will progress sales to completion, liaise with solicitors and customers, and maintain high levels of customer service.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in progressing property sales, estate agency experience, and strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience progressing property sales to completion.
• Experience working in Estate Agency with a proven track record.
• Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Progress sales from offer through to completion with solicitors and customers.
• liaison with solicitors, estate agents and customers; provide regular updates.
• Update branches on progress and maintain relationships with vendors and buyers.
