Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Progressor for our Fleet office. You will own the sales pipeline, liaising with clients, buyers and solicitors to move transactions from offer to completion.

Exceptional communication and attention to detail are essential in a fast-paced residential setting. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive OTE and clear opportunities for progression within an international estate agency group.

Qualifications

Must have proven experience in estate agency sales progression.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the residential sales process.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Drive sales through to completion and ensure timely progression of transactions.
Liaise with clients, buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisors and other agents.
Keep all parties updated on progress and timescales.
Identify and resolve issues in the sales process promptly.
Act as the main point of contact throughout each transaction.
