Job summary

Ryder & Dutton is seeking a Full Time Sales Progressor Team Leader to manage a team of Sales Progressors from either the Head Office or hubs in Blackburn, Middleton, and Saddleworth. You will coach staff, oversee progression pipelines, and drive performance while maintaining your own caseload.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a solid grasp of conveyancing and property industry processes. Flexible home-working and travel across hubs are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales Progression Team Leader and oversee a personal progression caseload.
• Coach, develop and motivate the team to maximise performance and service delivery.
• Conduct staff appraisals, performance reviews and retention discussions.
• Train staff and develop skill sets within the department.
• Monitor team performance and implement improvements across branches and brands.
• Report on departmental metrics and audit files in line with SLAs and company standards.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Regional Directors to drive growth initiatives.
• Balance leadership duties with managing your own caseload.
