Job summary

A2Dominion in Staines is seeking a Sales Progressor to join our Sales & Marketing team on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office). You will manage end-to-end progression of property transactions across our portfolio, including new-build shared ownership, resales and buy backs, from reservation through to legal completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales progression, conveyancing or residential sales administration.
• Strong understanding of the property sales process including shared ownership and leasehold.
• Excellent organisation and time management to handle multiple transactions.
• Strong communication and relationship management with customers and solicitors.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales progression from reservation to exchange and completion.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, valuers and internal teams.
• Monitor sales closely, identify risks or delays, and take action.
• Provide regular updates and completion forecasts to the Sales Progression Manager.
• Coordinate handovers between Sales, Completions and Aftercare teams.
• Maintain compliant information across CRM systems and records.
• Work with AML and SOF processes and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Manage lease extension requests through to completion.
• Prepare management packs and certificates for resales and remortgages.
