Charters, part of Lomond Group, invites you to join our Property Management team in Worthing as a Property Relationship Manager. You’ll be the go-to person for landlords and tenants, managing your portfolio from maintenance through to tenancy matters.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property environment would be advantageous.
• Strong customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• Interest in property and willingness to keep developing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage your property portfolio, keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
• Keep properties legally compliant and safety standards on track.
• Arrange and attend inspections and follow up actions promptly.
• Handle tenant queries and complaints professionally.
• Manage tenancy notices accurately and within required timescales.
• Prioritise competing issues and keep everyone informed.
