Job summary

Charters, part of Lomond Group, is seeking a Property Relationship Manager for the Worthing office to become the go-to contact for landlords and tenants, handling maintenance, inspections and tenancy matters.

This full-time role offers a competitive OTE up to £29,500 and benefits, with opportunities to grow professionally within a expanding regional network.

Qualifications

• Experience in property environment advantageous.
• Background delivering exceptional customer service.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing conversations and expectations.
• Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• An interest in property and a willingness to keep developing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage your property portfolio, keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
• Keep properties legally compliant and safety standards on track.
• Arrange and attend inspections and follow up actions promptly.
• Handle tenant queries and complaints professionally.
• Manage tenancy notices accurately and within required timescales.

We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Property Management team as a Property Relationship Manager in our Worthing office. Joining an established team you’ll be the go-to person for landlords and tenants, managing your portfolio from maintenance and inspections through to compliance and tenancy matters. This is a full time position paying an OTE up to £29,500.
