Charters Estate Agents in Worthing is seeking a proactive End of Tenancy Manager to oversee check-outs, inventories, and deposit returns, ensuring smooth experiences for landlords and tenants as properties are prepared for new occupants.

You will coordinate repairs, maintenance and professional cleaning, act as the main contact for landlords, tenants and contractors, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with UK legislation.

Qualifications

• Background in Property Management or Residential Lettings is beneficial.
• Experience in Customer Service is ideal.
• Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of UK Lettings Regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
