Job summary

Hiscox is seeking a Property Services Project Analyst to support the project manager and design authority, with a primary focus on the US portfolio. You will help coordinate activity, maintain documentation, and ensure actions, risks, budgets and timelines are tracked.

You will work with internal stakeholders, local office contacts and suppliers to translate requirements into practical actions and keep stakeholders informed of progress.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or a project support role.
• Ability to produce clear reports, trackers and presentations.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proactive and solution-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of Property Services projects and changes, focusing on the US portfolio.
• Maintain project plans, action logs, risk and issue registers, budgets and governance docs.
• Prepare regular stakeholder updates highlighting progress, deps, risks and decisions.
