Job summary

Carriera Limited is seeking a Project Manager to support a diverse property portfolio across London and the South East. You will lead refurbishment, fit-out, maintenance and capital works projects, coordinating internal teams with external consultants and contractors.

The role suits a Building Surveyor or Project Manager with strong stakeholder management and contract administration knowledge, MRICS/MCIOB or progressing towards chartership, and the ability to manage several projects

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction or property projects across consultancy, client-side or contractor environments.
• Building Surveying, Project Management or construction-related background.
• Knowledge of contract administration and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from feasibility through to completion.
• Appointing and coordinating external consultants and contractors.
• Preparing project programmes, budgets and reports.
• Monitoring cost, quality and programme performance.
• Managing stakeholder expectations across multiple projects.
• Supporting procurement and contract administration processes.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with health & safety and compliance requirements.
• Providing technical advice across a varied property portfolio.
