You will assist in planning, scheduling, tracking milestones, and preparing stakeholder updates while collaborating with engineers and other teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Some prior experience in project planning, scheduling, or coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Assist in planning and scheduling activities using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Track progress against key milestones and help identify potential risks or delays.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to risk, change, and issue management processes.
