Job summary

Hiscox is seeking a Property Services Project Analyst to support the Project Manager & Design Authority. The role focuses on coordinating the US project and change portfolio, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely progress and stakeholder communication.

You will work with internal teams, local contacts and suppliers to translate requirements into actions, track budgets, risks, and timelines, and deliver effective project governance across the property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, project support or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear reporting and presentation skills; written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with plans, budgets, action logs and governance documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver Property Services projects and changes, focusing on the US portfolio.
• Maintain project plans, action trackers, risk/issue logs, budgets and governance docs.
• Prepare regular stakeholder updates highlighting progress and decisions.
