Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. is seeking experienced Property Development Managers to support a major London portfolio with a focus on residential development, student accommodation and office schemes.

You will contribute to feasibility studies, business cases and development strategies, while coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders to drive successful planning and delivery across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in property development or development management within a portfolio.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of development appraisals, planning and project delivery.
• RICS or equivalent property qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support property development plans, feasibility studies and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare business cases, financial reports and development strategies.
• Manage consultants, contractors and third-party suppliers.
• Work closely with internal teams, developers, local authorities and other stakeholders.
• Support planning strategies and the delivery of development opportunities.
• Assist with capital and revenue opportunities across the portfolio.
