Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a change-related role.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
• Knowledge of portfolio management processes and governance.
• Experience with waterfall and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Participate in portfolio planning and reforecasting including budgets and timelines.
• Build robust business cases with costs and benefits.
• Maintain portfolio roadmap and attend portfolio meetings.
• Track resources and advise on utilisation across the department.
• Coordinate reports for QCR, QBR, and CIO information requests.
• Support change governance, reporting, and realisation of benefits.
• Be SME in change tool(s) and drive improvements.
