Job summary

Professional Construction Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of a residential property portfolio. You will manage projects from planning to completion, coordinating internal teams, contractors and suppliers to meet safety, time, budget and quality requirements.

The role includes site visits across the South East, regular monitoring of progress and costs, and ensuring compliance with building safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in a structured project or programme environment.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans and milestones.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial planning through to completion.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers and external partners.
• Monitor progress, costs, quality and programme performance.
• Oversee contractor and supplier performance and change management.
• Produce regular project reports and manage stakeholder communication.
