A leading shared-housing agency in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties. This full-time role requires a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with a strong customer service ethic, and a minimum of two years' experience in property management. Responsibilities include managing tenant interactions, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with legislation. Competitive salary and various company benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role including HMO & Student Lettings.
• Good understanding of lettings/property management processes and current legislation.
• Strong and confident telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of HMO and single let properties.
• Coordinate, schedule and manage repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct inspections and manage compliance reports.
