Job summary

Target Housing is seeking a highly organised Property & Maintenance Administrator in Rotherham. You will coordinate repairs, manage the maintenance inbox and liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure timely completions. The role includes monitoring KPIs, scheduling inspections and supporting damp/mould repairs under Awaab’s Law.
