Ipswich or Bury St Edmunds preferred, with flexibility across East Anglia – Hybrid – 2/3 PQE up to Partner Level

You can be based anywhere in East Anglia as long as you can attend a Suffolk office once a week. Hybrid working, trust and autonomy are standard.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work with both commercial and private clients on a wide range of property disputes, including:

  • Terms of sale and notices to complete
  • Rescission issues
  • Freehold title disputes
  • Mortgage possession claims
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Easements and rights of way
  • Boundary disputes
  • Rights of light

You will advise on the meaning and effect of deeds, agreements and property rights and guide clients through the most effective way to resolve disputes.

Depending on your level of experience, you can:

  • Lead client relationships
  • Handle complex cases with autonomy
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Play a key role in developing and growing the practice
  • Progress towards Partnership (or step into it if you are already ready)
About you
  • A qualified solicitor with at least 2/3 years’ PQE in property litigation
  • Confident handling a varied caseload of residential and commercial disputes
  • Clear, pragmatic communicator who enjoys client contact
  • Keen to develop your expertise and grow your practice
  • If senior: able to mentor, supervise and lead with confidence
  • Happy to attend a Suffolk office once a week
