A successful UK law firm is seeking a Solicitor/Associate for its Property Litigation team in Norwich or Cambridge. The role includes handling various clients in property matters and supporting senior lawyers. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of PQE in Property Litigation, strong client relationship skills, and commercial acumen. Role

• Dealing with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial, residential, and agricultural land.
• Running own matters as well as assisting more senior associates and partners with their cases
• Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising
• Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants
• Advising on private nuisance and trespass
