A leading legal firm in Leeds seeks a Property Litigation Senior Associate/Legal Director to manage a diverse caseload, oversee junior team members, and nurture client relationships. With a focus on commercial clients, the ideal candidate will have over 5 years of property litigation experience and exceptional client service skills. Our Property Litigation team is keen to hear from solicitors with a minimum of ëtar 5 years’ PQE experience, looking to further develop their careers in a supportive and progressive environment where they can help to supervise and mentor our talented Associates.
Here are some of the main areas you can expect to advise on day-to-day:
Playing a pivotal role in the team, you will have the opportunity to build and develop new and existing client relationships, run 온라인 var and rewarding caseload, and act as a supervisor for more junior members of the team.
Successful candidates will have experience working within a specialist property litigation team dealing with commercial clients and be used to handling a variety of landlord and tenant issues. It goes without saying that you will need to demonstrate excellent client service skills.
We are seeking someone with solid training and experience able to manage a busy caseload immediately and who has the ability and desire to supervise and manage the team.

The role is based in Leeds with the ability to work from home 2–3 days per week.
The Property Litigation team is made up of specialists recognised in Chambers and Legal 500 for their knowledge and expertise and is one of the largest pure property litigation teams in Leeds. They are recognised for the quality of their work, which is a mix of estate management and advisory.
