Job summary

KC Recruitment in Ilford is seeking an outgoing candidate to call potential sellers, manage enquiries, and support buyers and renters. You will nurture leads from the marketing database, accompany viewings, and assist negotiators on busy days. A Saturday rotation is required; base salary is £28,000–£30,000 with OTE up to £40,000. Qualifications

• Call potential sellers who have enquired previously but have not committed to selling.
• Identify client needs and current situations to tailor property listings.
• Follow up with valuers who could be ready to sell in the future.
• Engage with applicants seeking properties to buy or rent.
• Ensure clients receive appropriate viewings and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with a large enquiries database generated by the marketing team.
• Accompany applicants and potential buyers on property viewings.
• Cover for negotiating staff during peak times or cross-overs.
• Keep sales team updated on database changes and required actions.
• Work Saturdays on rotation with a day off in the week.

Job Description

Our client is a dynamic and successful property specialist with many years experience in the local markets.

They sell and rent residential properties for landlords and owner occupiers who require a reliable, honest and successful service.

Due to continued growth and demand, an exciting new position has been created to keep pace with the client requirements of the business.

This role is for an outgoing, enthusiastic candidate who enjoys speaking with people by phone and in person.

You will be a key member of the team to keep in contact with the large database of enquiries that are generated by the marketing team.

Requirements

• Call potential sellers who have made enquiriens in the past but have not made a commitment to sell yet.
  
• Find out their current situation and needs and what they require in order to put their property on the market.
  
• Liase with people who have had valuations previously but were not in a position to sell at the time.
  
• Work with applicants who are looking for property to buy or rent.
  
• Ensure they are receiving a good service and have been sent the right properties to view
  
• Keep the sales team up to date with changes to the databases and action needs where necesary
  
• Accompany applicants and potential purchasers on viewings of sales and rental properties
  
• Cover for the negotiators if there are times when viewings cross over
  
• You will need to work a rotation shift pattern for Saturdays as this is a busy day and you must be available at least 2 Saturdays a month. You will get a day off in the week

Benefits

Salary between £28,000- £30,000 pa base with a commission structure for appointments and sales etc giving a £40,000 OTE.
