2i Recruit Ltd on behalf of our client is seeking a motivated Lettings Consultant to join a growing property business in Crawley. You will help prospective tenants find their next home, conduct property viewings, and support the lettings department.

This role includes full training, ongoing professional development, and the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, manage enquiries, and progress applications.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in property lettings.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective tenants and understand their property requirements.
• Match customers with suitable properties and arrange viewings.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Support the creation of new tenancies and progress applications.
• Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department.
• Support business growth through exceptional customer service and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with prospective tenants and understanding their property requirements.

Experience and Skills Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
