Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is recruiting a Property Sales Negotiator for a well established independent estate agency in the village and country homes market. You will manage buyer enquiries, conduct viewings and progress transactions to completion, delivering exceptional service.

The Role

We are looking for a confident, personable and commercially driven individual with a passion for property and a proven ability to deliver results in a sales environment.

You will play an important role in the day-to-day sales operation, building strong relationships with buyers and sellers, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and progressing transactions through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing incoming buyer enquiries and building strong client relationships.
• Conducting property viewings and showcasing properties effectively.
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales.
• Proactively following up leads and generating new business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining a strong network of prospective buyers and vendors.
• Progressing sales and maintaining regular communication with clients.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems.
• Keeping up to date with local property market trends.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and representing the business professionally.

About You

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, ambitious and confident, with a genuine passion for property and a natural ability to build rapport with clients.

You will ideally have

• Previous experience in estate agency, property sales or a similar sales-driven environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the local property market.
• A proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• A professional, customer-focused approach.
• The ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Experience using CRM systems and property sales software.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• An understanding of relevant property legislation and industry regulations.
