Job summary

A proactive, organized approach will help ensure smooth tenancies and compliance. You will be responsible for budgeting, payments, and liaison with tenants and advisers, with a focus on excellent service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or lettings environment.
• Knowledge of local property market.
• Up-to-date lettings legislation and property compliance knowledge.
• Strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage contractors, budgets and competing priorities.
• Professional approach to tenant enquiries and sensitive situations.
• MS Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day lettings, tenancy administration and tenant enquiries.
• Conduct property viewings, inventories and inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance, contractors and refurbishments.
• Keep property records, compliance documents and management systems up to date.
• Oversee budgets, payments and general office administration.
