Job summary

ISS is seeking a customer-focused professional to take ownership of the safe and efficient operation of the client portfolio and provide seamless support across property services in London.

You will deliver a world-class experience across concierge, helpdesk, front of house, security and related services, while adapting to changing requirements and maintaining high standards of client and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant corporate, hospitality, concierge or customer service experience.
• Experience using systems such as Microsoft Office.
• Front of House and Security/Concierge experience.
• Strong knowledge of Central London and surrounding areas.
• Highly flexible and able to adapt within a changing environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify service improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client, tenant and visitor requests are efficiently fulfilled and exceed expectations.
• Deliver a world-class property experience across concierge, helpdesk, front of house, security, events management, mail and logistics, supplier liaison and workplace support services where applicable.
• Manage daily workload effectively in line with operational needs, schedules and diaries.
• Promote and represent ISS Livv products and services, demonstrating service excellence through an integrated approach.
• Develop a strong understanding of the client property and provide support across a variety of property-related tasks.
• Raise maintenance jobs within the system and follow through to completion.
• Maintain responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others, in line with legal and organisational requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Front of House and Security teams to deliver a seamless one-team service approach.
