Job summary

Premier Estates Limited is recruiting for a concierge/security role at our London Dock development. You will be the welcoming face of the site, providing safety-first service, monitoring CCTV and access control, and delivering timely support to residents, guests and contractors.

The role includes front-of-house duties, incident logging, and clear handovers. A valid SIA licence and eligibility to work in the UK are required. Competitive benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house or concierge experience within residential, hotel or corporate environments.
• Experience with CCTV monitoring, access control, and incident response.
• Experience managing contractors, permits and deliveries in a premium setting.
• Familiarity with writing clear logs, reports and professional handovers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk, welcome residents and guests, and coordinate deliveries.
• Monitor CCTV and access control, conduct regular patrols and log incidents.
• Respond to alarms, call-outs and after-hours issues.
• Oversee contractor access and permits, ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain front-of-house presentation and provide clear handovers.
