Job summary

Confidential on the Exeter outskirts is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join its housing sector team. The role focuses on supporting customers with property-related queries, defects, and maintenance issues from initial contact through to resolution.

You will manage appointments, coordinate repairs, issue quotes, and maintain accurate records while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, housing, construction, or similar is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for technicians and arrange materials.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance across properties.
• Issue quotes for works as required.
• Assess property claims and handle warranty/defect queries.
• Update databases and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with customers, contractors, and technicians to progress works.
• Ensure works are completed within agreed timescales.
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries promptly.
• Visit sites regularly.
