You will work with the Events Manager, bringing a proactive, detail‑oriented approach and strong knowledge of AV systems to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Projectionist or Technical Engineer in hospitality/events.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Cinema Technology and HD formats.
• Proficiency in AV technologies and basic IT (PC/Mac, Office).

As aProjectionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution ofevents, working closely with our Events Technical Manager. Yourresponsibilities will include overseeing the technical aspects of variousevents, from planning through to operation, while delivering unparalleled servicethat consistently exceeds our guests’ expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide awarm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring their technical needs are metwith precision and care.


• Operateand manage Digital Cinema Technology and HD formats, ensuring flawlessdelivery.


• Offerexpert advice and practical solutions to guests, ensuring the smooth operationof all technical elements.


• Respondpromptly and effectively to any guest requests or technical challenges thatarise.


• Collaborateclosely with the Events Manager and events team to deliver exceptionalexperiences.

What you Need:

• Previousexperience as a Projectionist or Technical Engineer in the entertainment orhospitality industry.


• Strongworking knowledge of Digital Cinema Technology, HD formats, and post-productionworkflows.


• Proficiencyin A/V technologies, including video presentations, microphones, and audiosystems.


• ITskills, including proficiency with both PC and Mac platforms, Windows Officeapplications, and various media formats and networks.


• A warm,personable demeanour with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.


• Exceptionalattention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.


• Theability to remain calm, patient, and solution-oriented under pressure.


• A resilient and driven mind-set, focused onachieving excellence from the first attempt.
